Registration Types

Member of Saudi Chemical Society:

A person who is a member of the Saudi Chemical Society (SCS): This person should provide his or her membership number during the registration process. To obtain the  SCS membership, please click here 

If you are a  member already , you can get or renew your membership number by clicking here.

Student: A student from any University, who should provide his or her Student ID number and the name of his or her University during the registration process. In addition to that, the student ID card should be provided at the Welcome Reception before receiving the conference materials, otherwise the registration will be void without refund.

  

The Conference Registration Fee Includes:

 Admission to all scientific sessions.

 Admission to exhibition.

 Conference materials (badge, delegate bag, final program, and abstract book).

 Lunches and refreshments.

 Attendance to Social Programs.

Payment Options

 Online payment requires a valid credit card (such as, MasterCard or VISA).

 On-site option is available only for participants who don't need a Visa to visit Saudi Arabia.

 Registration process will generate an ID number for each participant, therefore, please use that ID number when making payment via an on-site option.

 Cash in SAR currency is the only payment form that is accepted for on-site registration.
 

Registration Terms and Conditions

 

  Cancellation for the Conference Registration, the cancellation can only be made by clicking here.

 If Cancellation occurs  on or before18th of September 2016, 20% of the registration fee will be taken and the rest will be refunded. However,

      refund will be paid one month after the conference.

 If Conference registration cancelled  after 18th of September 2016.

 Full Refund  for registration fee will be issued  ONLY if the Entry Visa has been denied (one month after the conference).
